will make first contact, normally by e-mail.
Gathering information
By using the supplied information and
asking further questions about your project
requirements, we build a detailed picture
of your requirements which are then passed
on to the development team.
Project Proposal
Our proposal will take into account
your competition and will include our
recommendations as to how we think the
project goals can best be achieved. We
also include an estimated start date,
timescales for completion and a fixed
price based on the requirements at this
stage.
Development phase
During this phase you will have access
to your project as it progresses on our
test server and you are invited to provide
feedback at any stage as you see fit.
This approach means you are able to see
your project as it develops and get involved
as much as you feel is necessary. You
are informed by email each time updates
have been made available.
Once the development work has been completed, you will be included in the testing phase once our testing has been completed.
Implementation
Once you are happy that the project
has been completed to your satisfaction,
we will load the project to your live
server and the development is now complete.
